As summer winds down and autumn draws near work is still progressing at Tipperary Farm in McDonald, PA.
Dan Minick of Washington, PA has gotten much of the Centaur fencing up but the outdoor arena is still not completed. As soon as the grading is complete, he will return to finish the installation.
The private residence which is attached to the stables is also still under construction and this is a major reason for the delay in opening to the public.
My two horses, Lady & Star, were moved onto the farm on August 31, 2004, and have settled in nicely. I will soon begin to look for lesson horses and ponies with the goal of opening for business by spring 2005.
